As we wrap up 2025, I’m stepping into a season of reflection and intentional planning because 2026 marks a huge milestone: 20 years of Triad Sports & Family Chiropractic! It feels both surreal and incredibly rewarding to look back on two decades of serving this community. And as we move into our anniversary year, I want to bring you along for the journey.
Over the next several months, you’ll start seeing little hints of what we’re building. Think new visuals, special features, patient spotlights, meaningful conversations, and a few surprises that highlight the heart of Triad: empowerment, growth, connection, and the incredible adaptability of the human body.
Celebrating You: Stories That Inspire
One of the parts I’m most excited about is our patient success features. We’ve been collecting stories—big wins, quiet victories, breakthroughs, recoveries, and moments where someone realized they could do far more than they once believed.
Sharing these stories publicly feels like the perfect way to honor the people who make Triad what it is. These will be highlighted through our blog, email newsletters, and social platforms throughout the year. My hope is that these stories become a source of motivation and hope for others who are on their own journey.
A Rooftop Celebration in the Summer
Yes, it’s happening! Mid-year we’ll host a rooftop anniversary celebration—something simple, meaningful, and full of community warmth. Nothing flashy, just a beautiful space to gather, lift each other up, and celebrate how far we’ve come.
Expanding the Conversation: Human Potential
In our 20th year, I’m broadening the conversation beyond athletic performance to human potential as a whole. That means strength, mobility, balance, adaptability, nervous system resilience, and the lifestyle habits that help us thrive for the long haul.
You’ll see this theme show up in our classes, our content, and our events. Producing better athletes is wonderful. But helping people tap into their lifelong potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is the deeper, more enduring work.
Dreaming Up a “20 Days of Wellness” Program
I’m also in early brainstorming mode for something I’m calling 20 Days of Wellness. I don’t have all the details yet (and honestly, I’m enjoying letting this one evolve organically), but here’s where my mind is going:
Daily micro-habits that build momentum
Optional community accountability
Spotlights on 20 different health practices
A charity or give-back component
A mix of in-office and at-home prompts
Opportunities to feature 20 of our practice members
Education around longevity, stress resilience, and functional movement
This could be a great New Year reset… or a spring refresh. I’m leaving space for creativity and for it to unfold at the right pace.
The Best Part? We’re Just Getting Started.
Twenty years feels like a milestone worth honoring, but it also feels like a beginning. There’s so much more I want to build—more education, more community, more support, more conversations that help people understand their bodies and reclaim their wellbeing.
I’m deeply grateful for every person who has walked through the doors of Triad Sports & Family Chiropractic over the last two decades. Here’s to a year of celebrating the past, elevating the present, and stepping boldly into the future.
More updates are coming soon… and I can’t wait to share them with you.
