You are ultimately responsible for payment of the bill for your services at the office although we have well trained office staff to assist you making the process as easy as possible and can arrange one or multiple of the most common methods of payment below.
There are several options to make payment for your care at the office. We will accept CASH, CHECK, and CARDS. If you are paying on a credit or debit card you are able to use a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and those designated for Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.
As a courtesy, our office will check your benefits and send claims all major medical insurance plans. We are "in network" providers for:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Healthcare
If you have been injured in your car or someone else's care you may be able to use your auto insurance and/or another liable party's insurance. This may include uninsured motorist or underinsured motorist coverage and pre-reserved medical payments. It is our policy to send claims to med-pay even if you have other insurance or an attorney. We realize many people have never been in an accident before and may not understand some of the common procedures. Please ask the front office if you have questions with these cases.
